1. Cancellation Policy: 95 Star flexible cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation without a fee up to a certain time before your scheduled pickup, depending on the location. Cancellations after these times are subjected to a fee. In general, cancellation 24 hours prior to pick-up time almost never incurs any cancellation fee. Cancellation within 6-24 hours incurs only a 25% cancellation fee; but you may call and request a waiver, which we will consider empathetically. Cancellation within 1-6 hours usually incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within the last hour (especially when the driver has left for the pick-up); but before the customer is on board, will incur a 90% cancellation fee. Once the driver arrived at the location or passenger is on board, but then abandons the trip, a full fare is charged.

2. Wait Times: Grace time is 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for a non-airport pickup location. For airport pick-up location, the grace period is 15 minutes after the scheduled time or 30 minutes after the flight landing; whichever is earlier and what the customer has requested. After the grace time, either driver and passenger can agree to continue waiting and incur a waiting charge (generally $1 per minute starting from the actual scheduled time), or the driver will exercise the right to declare "No Show" and full fare will be charged, in this case. Our drivers and dispatcher make these decisions based on several factors, including the level and manner of communication from the customer and whether or not the driver will miss his/her next assigned pick-up.

3. Wrong Booking: In case of service has to be cancelled due to the wrong Vehicle being booked, the client will be charged the full fare. Example: If the driver arrives and finds out # of passengers or Luggage/Bags exceeds the vehicle capacity, mentioned on the booking page.

4. Booking On Short Notice: There's no guarantee for Reservation if it's reserved within less than 24 hours of a pickup time. Please call us at 1833-495-7827 for less than 24 hours of Reservation.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances: 95 Star keeps the right to cancel any reservation at any time due to unforeseen reasons.

6. Rates: Whatever rates are in effect at the time of booking, are the going rate for that reservation. Rates for any future bookings can change at any time; depending on weather, demand, traffic, special events in the area etc

6.1 Car Seats:

If we provide car seats, then there will be a $7 fee for each car seat

7. Reservations:

7.1: All reservations are made tentatively; until fully paid.

7.2: The reservations with pick up times within 24 hours from the time of reservation are not guaranteed (even if paid) until the client calls us at 1(833)-495-7827 and confirms the Chauffer & Equipment (Vehicle, Car Seats etc) availability.

7.3: Very unlikely, though possible, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation at anytime due to any unforeseen reasons, situations beyond our control, or without cause. In all such cases, a full refund is issued to the customer and customer is informed via email. [At the time of publishing of these terms, we have not cancelled any of most recent 1,000 reservations, and rate of such cancellations is 0.001%]

8. Customer Reschedules & Cancellations: As a family business since 2009, we are proud of our very generous cancellation and rescheduling policy.

8.1: Reservations for Sedans, Mini Vans & SUVs: can be cancelled upto 6 hours before the pick up time, with full refund. Within 6 hours of the pick up time, reservations can be cancelled with 75% refund, as long the driver is not on the way for pick up. Similarly, reservations can be rescheduled as many times as needed with similar time considerations. We monitor customer flights and any reschedules needed because of flight delays do not incur any cost to the customer.

8.2: Reservations for Sprinter Vans can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the pick up time, with full refund. Within 24 hours of the pick up time, reservations can be cancelled with 50% refund, as long the driver is not on the way for pick up. Similarly, reservations can be rescheduled as many times as needed with similar time considerations. We monitor customer flights and any reschedules needed because of flight delays do not incurr any cost to the customer.

8.3: Reservations for Limos, Buses, Motor Coaches & Luxury Vehicles can be cancelled upto 7 days before the pick up time, with full refund. Within 7 days of the pick up time but more than 3 days, reservations can be cancelled with 50% refund. Within 3 days of the pick up time, reservations can be cancelled with 25% refund upto 24 hours prior to pick up time.

9. Cleaning Charges: If, in the carrier’s reasonable opinion, any passenger soils the vehicle as to render it in an unpresentable condition for further use, a cleaning charge of $250 will be assessed against that passenger and paying client; authority to charge the card on file is hereby expressively granted at the time of booking.

10. Damage Charges: Vehicles are carefully inspected by carrier prior to each trip. Any damage to seats, windows, or other equipment or parts of the vehicle, inside or outside, which is caused by any passenger or passengers shall be the responsibility of that passenger or passengers AND paying client, authority to charge the card on file is hereby expressively granted at the time of booking.

11. Tolls, Fees and Special Charges: The charges herein do not include bridge, ferry, tunnel, or highway tolls, entrance fees or charges for special licenses or permits. An additional charge will be assessed for the actual cost of such tolls, fees or special charges.

12. Collection of Charges: All charges for carrier movements are payable in advance, unless credit is established with the carrier in advance of movement. Payments must be in the form of cash, certified check, VISA or MasterCard. Personal checks may be accepted at the discretion of the carrier. A $40.00 fee will be charged for any personal check returned due to insufficient funds. A 5% surcharge of the total amount due will be assessed for delinquent payments in excess of 30 days. If payment is not received after 30 days from the date service was provided, carrier will seek whatever means provided by law to recover payment for services rendered.

13. Baggage: Personal baggage, musical instruments, athletic equipment, and other paraphernalia, limited to the capacity of the vehicle, will be transported in the custody of the passenger. Baggage will not be checked, but driver can refuse to transport any baggage, with or without cause. Liability for loss or damage of baggage will be limited to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each passenger if such loss is due to the fault or negligence of the carrier.
